Keith Caslin

Founder & CEO
Keith Caslin is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and U.S. Army combat veteran with a proven record of leadership under pressure. He served with Marine Corps Security Forces, protecting critical national security assets and U.S. Embassy interests overseas. His dedication and sacrifice in uniform were recognized with an honorable discharge and the Purple Heart.

In the private sector, Keith has built and led companies in heavy equipment, construction management, capital development, and public safety operations. He brings a strategic command approach to business growth—focused on execution, asset value, disciplined finance, and long-term partnerships.

He founded FLX Capital Group with a clear mission: to invest in real American companies led by real operators—not corporate theorists. Keith leads with conviction, clarity, and a results-driven mindset that reflects the values forged through service.

Managing Partner
Brittany Oliver brings strength in business operations, financial strategy, and organizational leadership to FLX Capital Group. She plays a key role in operational execution, partnership development, and long-term strategic planning across the company’s holdings.

As 49% co-owner of the firm, Brittany provides leadership in administrative oversight, contract coordination, resource alignment, and operational efficiency. She is committed to building a company culture based on strong values, disciplined systems, and dependable execution.

Her experience in business management and client relationships strengthens FLX Capital’s commitment to reliability and integrity in every partnership. Through her leadership, the company maintains a high standard of accountability, communication, and growth readiness.
